Prompt Whiteboard is operated by JAZI K.K.

By using Prompt Whiteboard, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or macOS app.

Product purpose

Prompt Whiteboard is a prompt drafting and editing tool. It is not an AI model, chatbot, hosted inference service, legal advisor, medical advisor, financial advisor, or substitute for professional judgment.

Your content

You are responsible for the prompts, text, files, and other content you create, copy, save, or send using Prompt Whiteboard. Do not use the product to create or share unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

External services

Prompt Whiteboard may help you open external AI services or websites. Those services are not operated by Prompt Whiteboard. Your use of external services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Purchases and refunds

If the macOS app is distributed through the Mac App Store, purchases, billing, refunds, and subscriptions are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store terms and policies.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Prompt Whiteboard at any time. We aim to keep the product useful and reliable, but it is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
